Powered by Kalkhoffs Impulse Evo centre motor, the Agattu 3.I Move is an amazingly specified bike with prices starting from £2199.
Providing up to 80Nm torque, Kalkhoff have engineered a more powerful, efficient, quieter motor that supplies massive assistance from a standing start and cuts all hills down to size. Just like other top-of-the-range Evo powered models, the Agattu 3.I Move has a display with a Bluetooth interface and USB charging socket, as well as a free navigation app.
As you would expect, the bike is superbly well-equipped with Magura HS11 hydraulic rim brakes, front and rear lights, new illuminated handlebar controls, puncture-resistant tyres, integrated mudguards and suspension.
High-end Nexus 7-speed gears allows the rider to change gear with a simple twist of the gear shifter. You can change one gear at a time or shift from top to bottom (or vice versa) in one twist and unlike a derailleur, you can shift gear when the bike is stationary so no more setting off in too high a gear. Enclosing the gear mechanism inside a rear hub also makes for a more weather-resistant set-up.
The Kalkhoff Agattu 3.I Move is also available with a 17.5Ah (125 mile battery) priced at £2399.
